Here we have put together a great list of venues where we provide catering. Just to help you if you're stuck for ideas! We have been providing catering in Marlborough for weddings and special functions for the past 8 years, so while this list is extensive, it's by no means complete- you name it, we have probably been there and cooked up a storm! Here are a few of our favourites though:
Mistletoe Bay Eco Village
Mistletoe Bay Eco Village is a gorgeous location in the Marlborough Sounds accessible both by road and boat. The venue consists of a large lawn and private beach available for your ceremony, a function room with seating for up to 60 guests, a full commercial kitchen, and accommodation for up to 58 people for the night, which is included in the package- great if you are seeking a destination wedding where everyone can stay together and enjoy a holiday in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds.
Waikawa Boating Club
Waikawa Boating Club has long been a popular wedding venue of choice for Marlborough couples. Set out in traditional boating club style, the club rooms are adorned by pennants and trophies, with a great kitchen and serviced bar- and a view over New Zealand's second largest marina. There is capacity for 100 guests, a dance floor, and room for a band. We catered one wedding here which had an 8-piece brass band and there was still extra room! There is an expansive wardroom opening out onto a huge deck - very popular in summer to watch the boats coming and going as you celebrate in style, or to see the bride approach by water.

The Marlborough Sounds
The Old Barn, Riverlands, Marlborough
Here in our little slice of paradise, we have access to one of the most scenic and beautiful rural landscapes in the world. The beautiful coastlines of the Marlborough Sounds make up one-fifth of the coastline in New Zealand, and we are so proud to call this place "home".
Should you wish to celebrate an important occasion in the Marlborough Sounds, please do contact us with your requirements, and if you don't already have somewhere in mind, we can help you choose from a number of private residences as well as larger exclusive venues available for your function. We are happy to help you with everything from transportation through to menu planning, logistics and accommodation.

The Old Barn is an actual 19th century historic barn, originally built as home to some of Marlborough's fastest race horses! Take that, add 150 years, a wine industry boom that contributed 20 stunning acres of vineyard setting and 2 loving owners’ careful restoration ...and ‘Voila! The Old Barn Vineyard & Function Centre, after much anticipation, is now available for your wedding, event or private function. We have served many happy couples and their families here. It's a great venue with character and space.
